David E. Schnabel
Engineer David Schnabel leads ARG’s operations and project management. He oversees recruitment in consultation with our clients; manages project strategies and structures; and integrates ARG resources with client needs. He is a recognized leader managing engineering projects and public works strategies, in addition to Federal contract negotiations and management, budget negotiations, oversight, and quality assurance. He is a former engineering expert for the U. S. Air Force Special Operations Command, where he was a responsible for all base infrastructure, including buildings, roadways, airfields, utility services, fire protection and prevention, and protection of the surrounding environment. Schnabel was formerly Vice President of IAP Worldwide Services, developing new business for public works, operations and maintenance, logistics, as well as government construction and maintenance contracts. He was also the Director of Public Works at the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, managing an operations and maintenance budget of $70M annually, supervising 60 government and 285 contractor employees. Mr. Schnabel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from West Point and a Master’s degree in Business from Central Michigan University.
