Based on the footprint of your fleet, we will stock spare parts and tires and schedule regular service to maximize your fleet’s availability, readiness, and efficiency.

ARG is also your strategic partner for Infrastructure Design and Development. We specialize in recruiting host country planners, architects, engineers, and project managers to support construction or participate in quality assurance/quality control actions. ARG can also partner with your to pursue US opportunities under the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). ARG recruitment specialists will help you establish position descriptions with pay scales consistent with national norms; advertise through professional networks for top talent in your needed technical area; evaluate and verify employee backgrounds, work history, salary, references, and assure that candidates have no criminal background. Our human resource specialists will help you develop and revise personnel policies and procedures and design and conduct orientation and training for new employees. Efficient logistics can make or break your reputation and bottom line. We will enable your logistics organizational units to plan, communicate, and act efficiently and quickly. ARG offers you knowledge of the territory, reliable vendors, and carefully-selected and monitored transportation routes. We provide trained and vetted logisticians; reliable communications and IT; and software applications that meet your needs. ARG provides Life Support services for your personnel that will save you time and money and enhance your security. ARG property specialists will help you identify and negotiate office space and living quarters; verify the ownership of property you intend to lease; and advise and assist with cost negotiations, leases, and rental agreements. Our personnel will procure office and living quarters equipment; hire, train and supervise office and living area maintenance and cleaning staff; provide vetted chefs trained to prepare and serve a wide range of international cuisine; train kitchen helpers in food safety and storage; and provide cleaning and laundry services by individuals vetted for their experience and reliability. ARG specialists coordinate security-related information across locations to assure the security of all personnel, property, and equipment.

ARG will bring our extensive experience in Equipment Maintenance of numerous types of equipment to your work. We service heavy equipment; oil and gas; electricity supply; fleet management and care; and communications assets. We also service irrigation and water systems. Thorough inspections will ensure that equipment is operating as it should and identify malfunctions and immediate care needs in addition to the maintenance prescribed by the manufacturer. ARG-trained maintenance professionals will develop inspection plans and monitor, at minimum: oil and coolant levels; fuel purity; gauges and meters; tires; tracks; and batteries. We will provide equipment maintenance software to track your records and schedule repair tasks. Rigorous inspections and maintenance in harsh environments improves efficiency, addresses safety considerations, and prevents breakdowns that result in equipment down time.
